I love this Adam! Thank you for sharing. Presence is so important. I find it's so easy to get away from, but at the same time, so easy to be "present" if you intentionally practice it and can create a much more fulfilling life. Enjoyed reading this and the thought-provoking prompts.

Yes, to the box breath work! The visual with the number count down made it easy to do three cycles with eyes shut after "practicing" with eyes open a few times first.

Loved reading about what puts you in your flow state! Seems like you are also in a flow state on the morning of a big race. Would love to hear more about what else puts you into flow state in future emails. Keep crushing Adam!
