What brought you enthusiasm today?

...silently watching legally blonde while listening to the troggs in a diner in san francisco and drinking a lime rickey...i also enjoyed helping add some jokes to a friend's linkedin comedy essay...

What drained you of energy today?

...myself...lol...all self consideration slowly poked at the swift wings of matcha that made my morning temporarily about something else...i forget what else...

What did you learn about yourself today?

...accomplishment is best done one step at a time...don't be afraid to walk a dog twice in one morning or two dogs three times if time allows it...

Thanks for sharing CansaFis! Your point about adding comedy to a friend's essay reminds me that the simplest of joys can bring the most consistent enthusiasm.

Anytime we've jammed on an idea, essay feedback, etc in a Writing Gym/Feedback Gym, I've left energized and in a better place... so thank you.
