Longevity biotech represents the largest opportunity in the history of humanity. There are complex ethical and societal concerns that inevitably will rise with some of these transformative technologies. I can’t be and won’t be exhaustive on this topic, but rather aspire to thoughtfully reflect on and represent a distillation of my own thinking.

📡 Raise Radar - Which ventures received funding in the last 1-2 weeks, where $$ will be flowing, and what the implications will be.

Here’s where I’ll share other weekly musings.
💥 Spark Moments of the Week - For the past 3 years, I’ve been capturing one “spark moment” from each day after adopting Matthew Dicks’ philosophy on Homework for Life. Through reflecting and documenting details of each day (even the most mundane), I’ve witnessed the beauty and power of appreciating the details of these moments.
For the first time in human existence, we have an abundance of “data and personalized AI that can enable precision well-being and real-time micro-interventions that allow us to get ahead of sickness and far ahead of catastrophic disease.” (Deloitte, Future of Digital Healthcare).
Digital Health harnesses so much power with similar attention to detail! Small nuances and micro-interventions in behaviors lead to real long-term health benefits, and I’ll be proving this to you in each letter. I’ll challenge you to reflect on what’s most notable in your week too. :)
🎙 Podcast of the Week. - my friends have urged me the past 3-4 years to share podcasts out on a larger scale. I’ll share a few listens of the week. Expect to know who’d enjoy it and most notable concepts and takeaways.
